Join us for a free Forum Theatre workshop with Katy Rubin. We'll play theatre games, tell stories and build short scenes that address local issues and challenges. Forum Theatre is a tool used worldwide to bring together community members and stakeholders in creative problem-solving around unjust rules and systems. In this workshop, we'll think about how theatre and arts can be useful to Manchester residents who want to make a change! Suitable for participants aged 16+ (children are welcome to stay for a film screening at the 422 Centre) Everyone is an actor: no experience necessary!
Katy Rubin is an arts-based participatory democracy practitioner currently based in Manchester.
